Non-meditation

Non-meditation is simply that place of resting in. Once you’re there, there’s no longer meditation, there’s just pure being. But when something shakes you out of true being, then there’s the contemplation, what has pulled you out, the meditation that is the passageway back into pure being, and then resting in pure being.
